Subject: Campus Overstay Policy for class XII students appearing for JEE/ NEET/Other Competitive Exams

Dear Parents & Students,

Greetings from Career Point Gurukul! The school year for academic session 2024-25 will be over by 31st March 2025.

We are aware that few of our students will be appearing for NEET/JEE/Other examinations and wish to stay in the campus and avail the Hostel & Mess facility even after 31st March 2025. For this, Please find below the overstay policy

  • This is applicable only for class XII students.
  • To avail overstay facility, students have to submit an application and submit to the Administrative Office on or before 10th Feb 2025. Please include the following details in application –
    1. Name of the student and Class
    2. Name of the all Exams, exam date and center details
    3. Duration of overstay starting: 1st April 2025  to 
    4. Category of Room
  • The Request is subject to approval by the administration on the basis of academic track record, behavior, and conduct of students during the last one year. School Management reserves the right to refuse to give you permission to stay in the hostel without assigning any reason. 
  • Minimum one month hostel charge will be charged for overstay period. Above one month, fee will be charged on a pro rata basis.  
  • The Charges for overstay period are as below – 
    1. Double AC : Rs 20000 per month
    2. Single AC   : Rs 22000 per month
    3. Guest House Premium Double : Rs 24000 per month
    4. Guest House Premium Single : Rs 26000 per month
    5. Matrachaya (1 BHK): Rs 30000 per month
    6. Matrachaya (2 BHK): Rs 33000 per month
