Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th September inorder to highlight the importance of educators and express our gratitude towards them.
5th September is not just a mere date in the calendar,it holds a special significance as it marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan.
Teacher’s Day celebration at Career Point Gurukul was not just a mere celebration, it was a medley of cultural programmes like dance and music performed by our very talented Gurukulites with intense enthusiasm inorder to pay tribute to all the teachers dedicating their lives to shape our future.
The highlight of the day was the escort ceremony in which students dressed as their favourite teacher, escorted them to the stage where they expressed their immense respect and gratitude to the teachers by presenting them with a momento and a rose.
Among myriads of relationship, the bond between a teacher and a student is the most pious and virtous form of any relationship. Students wrote chits for their favourite teachers as a token of love and appreciation.
The heartfelt messages on the chits indeed touched everyone’s heart and got etched in their memory forever.
The Teacher’s Day Celebration at Career Point Gurukul was indeed a memorable one with all the cultural programmes and loving messages written by students for their teachers. On that very day, every student took a moment to thank their teachers who nurture the seeds of today so they may bloom into the flowers of tomorrow.
