International Yoga Day, celebrated on June 21st every year, is a global initiative that promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga. At Career Point Gurukul, we recognize the immense benefits of yoga and its positive impact on our students’ and teachers’ overall development. In this blog post, we will delve into the significance of International Yoga Day.

International Yoga Day serves as a reminder of the ancient Indian tradition that has been embraced worldwide for its transformative effects on both the body and mind. It promotes a holistic approach to well-being, emphasizing the integration of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. By celebrating International Yoga Day, we encourage students and teachers to explore the immense benefits of yoga and incorporate it into their daily lives.

Jus like every year, Career Point Gurukul arranged special yoga sessions led by an experienced instructors for teachers and all the staff members. In these sessions, the participants comfortably practised various yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises).
Yoga not only enhances physical fitness but also cultivates mindfulness and stress relief. We encourage students to practise mindfulness techniques such as guided meditation and deep breathing exercises. We at Career Point Gurukul are prepared to create a peaceful and calming environment within the school by setting up designated meditation corners or arranging mindfulness workshops conducted by experts. These activities will help students manage stress, improve focus, and develop emotional well-being.
