Guru Poornima celebration at Career Point Gurukul, Kota.

Guru Poornima, a festival dedicated to honouring teachers and mentors, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect at Career Point Gurukul in Kota, Rajasthan. This annual event was marked by a series of thoughtful and engaging activities that highlighted the reverence and gratitude the students have for their educators. The celebration commenced with a soulful rendition of “Guru Vandana,” performed by the Vice Cultural Heads.

Next, the Head Girl and Head Boy performed a ceremonial Tilak for the Principal Ms Sheetal Saraf and Chief Administration Officer Mr. Madhukar Gupta. This traditional ritual, involving the application of a red mark on the forehead and the presentation of flowers, symbolized respect and admiration for the leadership and guidance provided by these key figures in the institution.

The Vice Head Girl and Vice Head Boy took the stage to honour the junior faculty members. They performed the Tilak ceremony, followed by the presentation of roses.

The Discipline Heads then carried out the Tilak ceremony for the senior faculty members, accompanied by the offering of roses.

The Cultural Heads honoured the non-academic staff with a Tilak ceremony and roses, recognising their contributions is vital, as their efforts ensure the smooth functioning.

The ceremony concluded with a speech by the Principal, who expressed gratitude for the collective efforts and dedication of the staff and students. Following the speech, a photo session was held to capture the memorable moments of the celebration, allowing everyone to cherish the occasion. The entire event was masterfully hosted by Ms. Farheen Khan, whose organization and coordination ensured that the ceremony proceeded seamlessly.

Overall, the Guru Poornima celebration at Career Point Gurukul was a resounding success, showcasing the deep respect and appreciation the students have for their teachers and mentors.
