Children’s Day,signifying the birth of the 1st Prime Minister of India,Pt.Jawaharlal Nehru who had great affection for children and believed that the future of the country is in the little hands of those future youths,is celebrated with great enthusiasm every year on 14th of November.This auspicious day was celebrated with high spirits at Career Point Gurukul,Kota.Everybody gathered together in the Assembly Area awaiting excitedly for the surprises and games which were to be hosted by the faculty members,which glistened up the day for the Gurukulites.Gurukulites were filled with enthusiasm and the air was full of cheers and laughter.The school hosted interesting games like Chinese Whisper-where a message was passed on in whisper by multiple people and the final version was very different from the original,this was followed by Tug of War-where everyone showed their valorous strengths and were later joined by the faculties for a friendly play,then came the Command Game-in which the Gurukulites were given instructions to jump in various directions which improved their concentration ability,further more games like Blindfold and the Musical Game also occupied the list.After the games,the students moved to the beats during the Dance-O-Mania.After all the heating up,everyone moved towards the refreshment area for delicious appetizers prepared by the school management.Everybody enjoyed the mouth melting refreshments.It was a day full of enjoyment and fun.
