Career Point Gurukul, Kota, hosted its highly awaited annual function on December 28th. The theme ‘Tapestry of Time’ marvelously intertwined moments from the past, present, and future, capturing the essence of growth, tradition, and innovation. ‘Tapestry of Time- Pravaah’ was an exploration of how every moment, every experience, and every individual contributed to the grand fabric of life. The event not only acknowledged the growth and evolution of students and teachers through annual reports and awards being distributed to young gurukulites but also showcased students’ talent through eloquent speeches, soothing music, and enchanting dance. The evening commenced with a dazzling musical performance by the school musical band, filling the auditorium with beautiful harmonies. Pramod Maheshwari, our director, addressed the gathering on the importance of time and creativity.
The event continued with soulful Ganesh Vandana, a divine dance performance. The great dance performance, set to a beautiful traditional composition, offered prayers to Lord Ganesha for wisdom, prosperity, and success. Next up was a performance of Geeta ka Sar, where students performed a fusion of classical dance and dramatic interpretation. The performance left the audience reflecting on the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavat Gita and its relevance in today’s world. Followed by an Indian heritage performance that showcased India’s diverse cultural legacy. The segment not only honoured India’s history but also reminded us of the importance of preserving and celebrating our heritage in the modern world. The patriotic dance brought the entire auditorium to a standstill; the highlight of this performance was breathtaking stunts. The energy was palpable with the entire audience joining in applause for the patriotism displayed on stage. In complete contrast, the retro-to-metro dance took the audience through different dance forms; performance was both entertaining and nostalgic. As the evening progressed, the performance on Technology gave a glimpse into the modern world. The dancers used attractive props, leaving everyone spellbound. The education-based performance celebrated the transformative power of learning, accompanied by a final performance named ‘Happy Ending’ to showcase the unity of our Career Point Gurukul. This was a night to remember and cherish. We reflect on this beautiful event, and we are left with a sense of pride in what we have achieved. Here’s to continuing to weave our own threads into the ever-evolving Tapestry of Time.
