Follow some tips to be successful in life, to be a good leader. We cannot be effective in any area of life unless we have good leadership skills. Leadership is an art and each of us needs to find our own approach to it. Primarily, we need to understand how to lead ourselves, and this means having a compass, which guides you in all direction actions,

Like-
“A good soldier does not inspire fear;
A good fighter does not display aggression;
A good conqueror does not engage in battle ;
A good leader does not exercise authority”

“This is the value of unimportance; This is how to win the cooperation of others; This is how to build the same harmony that is in nature.”

  • Stop blaming others and making excuses. It really doesn’t make a difference in the problems in your life were caused by some else. It really doesn’t matter if circumstances in your life make it difficult or almost impossible for you to succeed. You are the only person who can rely on to your problems.
  • Build your skills. Study hard in school and then spend the rest of your life dedicated to becoming better and better at whatever you do. Being good at what you do is the surest way to succeed and create circumstances in which you can better your life.
  • Take extra classes and training once you’ve settled into a career to refresh your skills and learn the latest techniques and practices.
  • Talk to the masters to get helpful advice and learn from their experience.
  • Take care of your body. You don’t want to put in all this effect and not be able to do anything because you’re held back by health problems. Keep doing exercise, eating right. This will solve the problems.
