From July 25th to 27th, 2025, CP Gurukul, Kota, proudly hosted India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) Kota Chapter, transforming the campus into a vibrant hub of diplomacy, dialogue, and diversity. This exhilarating three-day conference brought together bright young minds from across the region, uniting them through powerful debates, thought-provoking discussions, and dynamic cultural showcases.

Day 1: A Grand Kick-Off with the Opening Ceremony

The conference began on an inspiring note on Friday evening, with a splendid Opening Ceremony held at the CP Gurukul auditorium. The event opened with a symbolic tree plantation led by eminent dignitaries, echoing a strong message of environmental responsibility and sustainability.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement as Mrs. Shital Saraf, Principal of CP Gurukul, extended a warm welcome and felicitated the esteemed guests:

* Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (RLA)

* Lok Sabha

* UN Women (UNW)

* World Health Organization (WHO)

* IPL – Mega Auctions

* International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ – Press & Media)

Topics such as Combating Corruption, Women and Child Safety, Reproductive Rights, and Tackling Global Pandemics were rigorously debated, showcasing the students’ depth of knowledge and sharp perspectives.

Delegates enjoyed breaks with sumptuous lunch and refreshing high tea, providing a chance to unwind and connect. The day ended on a high note with an unforgettable DJ night, where delegates danced, bonded, and created memories that would last well beyond the conference.

Day 3: Final Deliberations & a Celebratory Closing Ceremony

The final day, Sunday, July 27th, saw the delegates return with renewed enthusiasm for their last round of committee sessions, where resolutions were finalized and presented with clarity and conviction.

Following a hearty lunch and high tea, the conference culminated with a spectacular Closing Ceremony. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as awards and accolades were presented:

* The coveted Best School Trophy was proudly awarded to CP Gurukul, Kota, honoring the school’s outstanding performance and enthusiastic participation.

* Exceptional delegates and volunteers across committees were recognized for their contributions with certificates and special awards.

A heartfelt Vote of Thanks was delivered by Ms. Farheen Naaz, Faculty and IIMUN Kota School Representative, celebrating the hard work of the organizing team and participants.
