Earth Day<\/strong>, observed each year on April 22<\/strong>, is a reminder that the well-being of our planet lies in our own hands. It is a moment to reflect on our relationship with nature and to realize that even our smallest actions can have a lasting impact.<\/p>\n\n

“The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.”<\/p>\n\n

In our school, Earth Day is marked by meaningful and engaging activities that encourage students to think and act responsibly. From creating eco-friendly paper bags using old newspapers to participating in gardening and understanding food wastage, these initiatives help us connect our learning with real-life practices.\u00a0 Students of Class 9 are also given the opportunity to observe food preparation and analyse wastage, helping us realise the importance of mindful consumption.<\/p>\n\n

An important part of this celebration is the initiative by Career Point Gurukul<\/a><\/strong>, which actively promotes environmental awareness and sustainable habits among students. Through such initiatives, the school not only focuses on academic growth but also on shaping responsible and environmentally conscious citizens for the future.<\/p>\n\n

“We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”<\/p>\n\n

Such activities go beyond textbooks\u2014they inspire us to adopt habits that protect and preserve our environment. Through creative expressions like posters, performances, and awareness campaigns, we begin to understand that sustainability is not just a concept, but a way of life.<\/p>\n\n

“The environment<\/strong> is where we all meet; where we all have a mutual interest.”<\/p>\n\n

Protecting the Earth<\/strong> does not always require grand gestures. Simple steps like conserving water, reducing plastic use, and planting trees can collectively create a powerful impact.<\/p>\n\n

Let us make a sincere commitment to care for our planet every day, ensuring a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for all.<\/p>\n\n
