The induction program at Career Point Gurukul was an exciting and vibrant two-day event that welcomed new students with a blend of creativity, motivation, and team-building activities.<\/p>\n\n

The first day of the induction program set a high-energy tone for the entire event.<\/p>\n\n

To kick things off, the students were divided into six groups, each given a unique and interesting name. This was a fun and creative way to start building connections and teamwork right from the start.<\/p>\n\n

The program started with the creative introduction of the students, which allowed them to express their individuality and showcase their personalities. The ice-breaker activity helped everyone become comfortable with one another, creating a lively and friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n

The next event was Memory Games, where students participated in group-wise challenges, this fun and competitive activity helped the students bond and learn the importance of teamwork and communication.<\/p>\n\n

Then there was Extempore, where students were given different topics to speak about. This helped them overcome stage fear and express their thoughts confidently in front of their peers.<\/p>\n\n

The drama narration activity was a highlight. Each group performed a short drama, showcasing their creativity and acting skills. This was an opportunity for students to showcase their hidden talents and work together to create something unique.<\/p>\n\n

A motivational movie was screened for the students, followed by a questionnaire session. This session encouraged deep thinking, reflection, and insightful discussions, helping students understand the importance of staying motivated throughout their academic journey.<\/p>\n

The first day of induction ended on a lively note with a recreational dance session. The students, full of energy, danced enthusiastically to the beats of the music, reinforcing the importance of a balanced and joyful lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n

The second day of the induction program was just as vibrant, focusing more on team-building activities.<\/p>\n\n

As a continuation of the previous day\u2019s group formation, students were once again divided into groups with unique names. This helped reinforce the spirit of teamwork.<\/p>\n\n

Another motivational movie was shown, followed by an engaging group discussion. The students actively participated, sharing their thoughts and insights from the movie, further strengthening their analytical and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n

A variety of team-building games were organized, with students participating wholeheartedly. These activities helped develop collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills while keeping the mood light and fun.<\/p>\n\n

Then came one of the most creative activities the fancy dress competition, where students had to design a costume using just newspapers within a 30-minute time limit. This task tested their creativity, time management, and ability to work under pressure, resulting in some truly innovative and humorous outfits.<\/p>\n\n

The grand finale of the induction program was the talent showcase. Each group put on a performance that highlighted their collective talents – singing, dancing, drama, and even playing musical instruments, leaving everyone impressed.<\/p>\n\n

This induction program wasn\u2019t just about fun and games; it was about creating a solid foundation of teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n

The two-day induction program at Career Point Gurukul was an overwhelming success.
