Last friday, our school Career Point Gurukul came alive with vibrant colors and rhythmic beats as we celebrated garba night. The event, organized by the cultural committee, was a resounding success. There was a festive atmosphere, the school ground was adorned with traditional decoration and brightly colored lights. The air buzzed with excitement as everyone donned traditional attire, dazzling the rich cultural heritage we celebrate.
The dance competition began after the aarti of Maa Durga by our principal ma’am Mrs. Sheetal Sharaf. The highlight of the evening was the garba dance competition. Students participated with great enthusiasm, forming circles and showcasing their moves to the lively beats on traditional Gujarati songs and Bollywood songs. The energy was infectious, as students and teachers both showed equal spirit and high on energy. As the evening progressed, it was time for the much anticipated prize distribution ceremony. The judges, consisting of teachers and invited guest, evaluated the performance, based on creativity, energy, and overall presentation.

Garba night not only celebrated dance, but also fostered a sense of community among students and teachers. The evening concluded with everyone joining together in a grand circle and celebrating the spirit of unity. Events like these remind us of the joy of coming together to honor our traditional heritage while creating lasting memories.
